THE PROCESS

PERMIT REQUIREMENTS

The process of purchasing mitigation credits begins with permitting by regulatory agencies. Based on a permit application and a functional assessment of the impact to wetlands and streams, agencies will determine the number of credits that will need to be purchased.

ASSESSING YOUR NEEDS

Depending on the location and the magnitude of the wetland and/or stream impacts, there may be different options that would best suit your mitigation requirements.

If you need a fast turn-around to get your project going and meet a deadline, we will do our best to process your sale as quickly as possible to get you back to work and avoid costly delays.

If your project is outside the service area of an available mitigation banks we can work with you on developing a mitigation project specific to your needs.

There is no project too large or too small for us to help you with.
